Why haven't received a confirmation email?
Please have a quick look in your junk folder and make sure that help@GECKOme.com is not blocked from your email account. This will stop the anti-spam filters from thinking that GECKOme is junk – clearly it’s not! It’s sublime athleisurewear that you really want info about urgently, but silly IT systems can get confused! If this doesn’t work please contact us as there might be some other challenge with the email that you submitted… Don’t worry we will iron it all out!

I made a mistake when entering my address, can this be amended?
Did you get a bit excited and enter your best friends address by mistake? Understandable, we know the love us girls feel for our girl gang. That said, please contact us as soon as possible at help@GECKOme.com, include your order number with the correct address. If the order hasn’t been processed we will do our best to wrestle your package from the packing elves and relabel it for you. However, if the order has already left us, you will need to contact AusPost to arrange a redirection to your address.
Can I change my order by adding other items or removing an item?
Ohhh, we live in a fast paced world. When you order you want things urgently, and we understand that. Unfortunately, that means that once you’re order is processed, it automatically is within our inventory system and is confirmed. We are then unable to modify the discount code or order details. To purchase additional items, please place a new order; if you need to return them, please have a quick flick through our returns policy.
Can I cancel if I just ordered?

What is your returns policy?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your GECKOme gear.

We offer a 110% store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date if you aren’t totally happy with your purchase.

Please keep in mind that in order for us to accept your returns please ensure the following:

  • items need to be in a brand new condition, unworn and in original packaging
  • Please contact help@GECKOme.com within 15 days of receiving your goods to notify us of intended return.
  • The item was not purchased in a sale or with a discount code.
  • All return postage costs are covered by the customer unless there is a fault with your order. 
What is a presale order and how does it work?

Presale is special. You are ordering stock that is coming and securing it before anyone else gets a chance to get their hands on it. It gets around the VIP situation as whilst you have to be patient you know you will get your order as soon as it’s available. Patience is key though, as the wait time for presale items can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. It is your one guaranteed way to get the next drop of that style and colour. Any changes are displayed on the Pre-Sale updates page on our website.

If you are combining an order that has both in stock and pre-order items, then the order will be held until all items are available before being shipped out. However, if your order is over $200 then we will send out your available items and absorb the cost of the second shipping costs so you can get your hands on your gear faster!

I had items and now they have vanished from my cart
Ahhhh, it’s a fast fast world we live in. Unfortunately, until you’ve pressed the big ‘buy now’ button, items in your cart are available to purchase by others. If this is part of our regular collection then it may be available on preorder again, but we have an exclusive run of our beautiful collections so sometimes when it’s gone, it’s gone (sad face).
How do you send my new GECKOme gear to me and what does shipping cost?

Domestic (we are an Aussie company)

 

  • $9.95 express shipping (1-3 business days after dispatch for metro Eastern states) up to 5-7 days for WA and our more regional folks
  • $4.95 standard shipping (8-10 business days after dispatch) for purchases under $100
  • Free standard shipping for (8-10 business days after dispatch) for purchases over $100

International

  • $19.95 international standard (5-7 business days after dispatch) – Additional duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Free international shipping for orders over $200 – again, any duties and taxes are payable by the customer
How do I care for my gorgeous GECKOme?

We know you’re going to love it and want to wear it constantly, but your GECKOme will last a lot longer if you follow these simple instructions.

  1. Turn inside out
  2. Put in a laundry bag so other more abrasive clothes (we see you Velcro and we don’t like you) don’t attack your GECKOme.
  3. Throw into a cold wash with your favourite laundry detergent Put them on your trusty line or clothes horse and then they are good to wear again.

Treat them with love and care and they will absorb your sweat, HIIT classes and pilates movements every day of the week. Try to avoid sweltering them in the dryer, like would you like to be thrown around in that heat? Makes us dizzy just thinking about it!
